How many times a year do you end up playing the part of tour guide to visiting skaters in Barcelona?

I did a lot of times before… but I don’t really do it anymore. Just in case when my friends are in town I’ll do it… a couple years ago I used to go with a bunch of crews but that was long time ago.

What are the top three things people who go to Barcelona should know before going?

Always watch your stuff thieves are really fast in the city. Watch your moves with the skateboard, you can get really [big] problems if you hit somebody with your skateboard. Don’t go out every night.

How did riding for STACKS come about?

Hunter [Nike SB team manager] called Reese to ask if he can put me on and I met with Reese a couple times and that was it!

Was there something specific that attracted you to the company?

I’ve really liked all of Reese’s companies and Michael is sick too.

You’ve been filming for a couple projects, the STACKS promo and a Nike SB project. How do you decide to use which tricks and lines for one project over the other? Or have you been filming for them separately?

I just go film and then I let the others choose what they like to use. I’m not really picky about that stuff.

How much of your time will be spent in the US now?

I’m gonna live in Barci but definitely I’m gonna come to the US a lot more than before. Especially when the weather is bad in Barci.

What do you think a board company’s main responsibility is?

I guess motivate the riders, have good boards and do good videos.

We’ve heard your music in skate videos before, any chance we’ll be able to hear more anytime soon?

I’m planning in focus skating right now so guitar will be a hobby. Maybe in the future.
